Holistic  Health Counseling

This 90 minute session will help you understand what the proper and healthy lifestyle is for you an an individual. Together we will first analyze your lifestyle and dietary habits, cravings, obstacles and goals. Next, you will learn the difference between primary and secondary nutrition as well as the effects of your emotions in the choices you make. Then, we will set achievable goals for you.

This is a customized program that will include holistic health counseling, massages, body treatments, exercise and all the necessary activities to achieve your goals according with your time frame and budget.
